Customers who register for this course agree to hold harmless any and all liability of both My Headquarters Pro, LLC DBA Savvy CFO and Advanced Tax Group, LLC from any results experienced from content consumed in the course. Customers who register via opt-in to the course, Savvy Start Up, agree to receive communication separately from both My Headquarters Pro, LLC DBA Savvy CFO and Advanced Tax Group, LLC. If customer would like to stop receiving communication from Advanced Tax Group, LLC, customer must opt-out from Advanced Tax Group, LLC’s email list. If customer would like to stop receiving communication from My Headquarters Pro, LLC DBA Savvy CFO, customer must opt-out from My Headquarters Pro, LLC DBA Savvy CFO’s email list. An opt-out of one of these company’s lists does not automatically also opt the customer out of the other company’s email list.
– PURCHASES

My Headquarters Pro, LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
My Headquarters Pro, LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

If customers and clients of My Headquarters Pro, LLC grant us access to their CRM, Merchant Processors, Merchant Gateways, Banking, Credit Cards, or any other software or accounting related accounts, customers and clients agree to allow My Headquarters Pro, LLC liberty to make changes in those systems, and will hold My Headquarters Pro, LLC harmless for any potential problems or issues that could arise.
– LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
